Before performing any deed, a good Muslim would say " In the name of Allah, most gracious and most merciful." ... either to make sure that he or she is not committing an act of sin, or asking Allah to show mercy in case a sin is committed.

The Holy Qur'an begin with word and it also heads every chapter of the Qur'an except for the chapter 9. So i too have been starting blogging with " Bismilla Hir-rehmanirrahim -- In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful.
